Walgreens teamed up with Extra to drive awareness of their commitment to wellness, with a 10-part Lifechangers partnership covering key health topics throughout the year. Installments on staying healthy during flu season featured information on immunization services and pharmacist expertise, while Walgreens' free blood pressure screenings were promoted in support of American Heart Month, and a technology segment demonstrated a branded prescription refill app. Hosts drove viewers to extratv.com for more information where a co-branded microsite included tips from experts. On integration days, the Walgreens Lifechangers display ads took-over the entire Extra homepage.
